Shipping info
We offer two shipping methods for most items:
- Express Mail service : 7 - 10 days for products in stock
10 - 15 days for special orders
- Standard Mail service : 3 - 4 weeks
We deliver your order in about 3 - 4 days. The amount of time that it takes for your order to reach its destination depends on two factors. One is the type of product you have ordered and another is our products are handmade and are not stored in warehouses in mass quantities. In the event that your order must be specially made, you will be contacted by e-mail and informed of the nature of the delay and the expected time frame for shipment of your order.
We ship our products by international Express Mail Service (EMS), a function of the Peruvian postal service operated in cooperation with postal services throughout the world.
Just enter your Tracking number and it will tell you exactly where your order is.

EMS is the fastest post service by physical media, because it offers speed, security and tranquility to the users, furthermore it counts with only one transportation modality which is the Air Route; they are expanding in this way, their distribution and interchange cover with over 74 countries in the 5 continents of the world.
Beside, we work with the best courier companies to transport the products from Peru to your foreign location so that they arrive on time and without any inconvenience.
  
Regular orders, are shipped using normal air freight cargo by an airlines that can put the packs on your nearest airport. Once we know your order size and chosen products then we can put a quotation showing how much would be the cost of the air freight cargo.
Easy returns and exchanges
If you don’t like the product we can’t exchange it ,is not in our policy. However we can allow refund or exchange in the unlikely event you receive your goods broken, or in torn condition, or is the wrong size or colour please complete the returns procedure stating exactly what the fault is, also attach us in an email a picture from the same day the product is received.
We won’t be responsable nor refund or Exchange the products if your national postal service damaged the package. Please also inform us if you want a refund or replacement and we will contact you , if you wish you can send it back (we won’t provide return postage fees) and we will send you the product that you order by Regular Air Mail. DON’T FORGET TO send it back to us unused and with original packaging within 30 days. No refunds will be available after the 30-day period (since you received your order) has expired.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way before arriving to Incastreasures office, where the package must be sent.
No refunds or returns on custom orders.
All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item
As a safeguard against potential abuse, Peru Inka Craft reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns.
Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.
